National Night Out

Neighbors in the street with distance measuring device

National Night Out (NNO) is an annual event hosted by the Parker Police Department and other police agencies across the country to enhance the partnership between citizens, businesses and law enforcement communities.  This important neighborhood network helps to make Parker an even safer place to live, work and raise our families.

To help members of our community get to know one another, we are asking neighborhoods to host block parties.  The exciting change we’ve made this year is that we’ve moved the event to a Saturday evening to make planning easier for neighbors.  The event will take place on Saturday, July 31st from 6:30-8:30pm.  Parker Police Department staff, including the SWAT team, mounted patrol, CSI, patrol and more, will visit the various parties throughout town to help our community celebrate. Community members will have the chance to ask questions and take a peek at some of the specialized vehicles and equipment that are critical to ensure public safety.

If you would like us to attend your block party, please register your party.

Please complete your registration before July 22nd so department members can be scheduled to attend your special celebration.  If you have questions, please contact Bri Rock, Community Outreach Coordinator, at Brock@parkeronline.org.
