As of Monday, September 24, the Parker Police Department is no longer fingerprinting due to the new state program.
The Parker Police Department is no longer able to process fingerprints for job application candidates. Starting Monday, Sep 24, we will no longer be able to provide these services in response to Senate Bill 17-189,
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is implementing the Colorado Applicant Background Services (CABS) program. The CBI awarded two contracts allowing third party vendors to electronically print and submit noncriminal applicant fingerprints for the State. The vendors who were awarded contracts to participate in the CABS program are Idemia and American BioIdentity.
